To Run the applicationĬlick on the correct application (Macintosh or PC) and download it to your system – the file will normally be saved to your “Downloads” folder – your volunteer will be able to help you identify the correct file. The application is secure as you oversee the connection and if you have concerns then all you have to do is to close the application and the remote connection will be disabled. The QuickSupport application allows our volunteer to access your computer remotely so they can work beside you.
